Lytron, in conjunction with Materials Resources International (MRi), and with SBIR funding1, has designed, developed, tested, and proven the manufacturing concepts for a titanium plate fin heat exchanger. Lytron Announces Strategic Acquisition To Expand Custom Cold Plate Capabilities
May 1, 2006, Lytron announced the acquisition of Lockhart Industries, Inc., a subsidiary of Wakefield Thermal Solutions. Based in Paramount, California, Lockhart designs and manufactures advanced aluminum-brazed cooling components for the military and electronics markets. Lytron received its recertification for ISO 9001:2000, effective May 29th, for 3443 (US): Fabricated Plate Work (Boiler Shops), for the design, development and manufacture of heat exchangers, cold plates, ambient cooling systems and recirculating chiller systems. This international trade fair for passenger and freight transport technology will feature innovative components, vehicles, and systems, with outdoor rail displays and a convention.
