Lytron designs and manufactures custom heat exchanger assemblies, providing Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) with an innovative thermal solution that meets system interface challenges as well as demanding performance specifications. Heat exchanger assemblies include plate-fin heat exchangers, flat tube heat exchangers, evaporators, condensers, oil coolers, or tube-fin heat exchangers, as well as any number of other components that make integration of your heat exchanger faster and easier. The simplest heat exchanger assemblies are heat exchangers with fans, while the most complicated are major sub-assemblies or entire cooling systems ready to drop into your system or equipment.

Plate-Fin Heat Exchanger Value-Added Assembly This valued-added plate-fin heat exchanger assembly was designed and manufactured for use in a military ground vehicle. It's a custom liquid-to-liquid oil cooler with custom mounting brackets.

Stainless Steel Tube-Fin Heat Exchanger Assembly This custom stainless steel tube-fin heat exchanger for PAO cooling was designed to an OEM’s specifications. As a value-added service, Lytron sized and sourced the fans and added them to the heat exchanger.

Liquid-to-Liquid Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger Assemblies These liquid-to-liquid brazed plate heat exchanger assemblies were manufactured by Lytron for an OEM. The assemblies feature copper piping with fittings and valves.

Heat Exchanger Assembly with Cold Plate This custom heat exchanger assembly was designed for an OEM and consists of a standard 6000 series tube-fin heat exchanger, a fan, and a custom mini tubed cold plate. The heat exchanger assembly provides liquid cooling for the power supply on medical equipment.

Tube-Fin Heat Exchanger Assembly This heat exchanger assembly consists of a standard Lytron M10-160 tube-fin heat exchanger and fans. The heat exchanger assembly is used to cool an industrial vehicle battery charging system.

Tube-Fin Heat Exchanger Subassembly Lytron designed and manufactured this custom tube-fin heat exchanger subassembly with integrated fans for an OEM.

Heat Exchanger Subassembly Modified standard OEM coil heat exchangers are designed for flexibility and are available in three standard widths and any length up to 4 ft (1.2 m). For high volume applications we can customize dimensions, tube configuration, fittings, and more to meet your precise thermal requirements and size envelope. This custom OEM Coil subassembly was supplied with a fan, finger guard, and hosing for one of Lytron’s customers.
