Standard tubed cold plates include the CP10, CP12, and CP15.
Our Press-Lock™ tubed cold plates consist of copper or stainless steel tubes pressed into a channeled aluminum extrusion. Tubed cold plates are cost-effective and offer good bulk heat removal for low-to-medium watt densities. Applications include lasers, power electronics, RF generators and transmitters, semiconductor processing equipment, and uninterruptible power supplies.
CP10
The CP10 cold plate is a cost-effective, single-sided aluminum cold plate available with either copper or stainless steel tubes. It is ideal for component cooling applications where the heat load is low-to-moderate.
CP12
The CP12 cold plate is a dual-sided aluminum cold plate with copper tubes that offers high performance and a large mounting area.
CP15
The CP15 cold plate is our highest performing tubed cold plate. Components can be mounted on both sides of this compact and lightweight cold plate.
Standard cold plates can be purchased from our distributors. Lytron also accepts standard cold plate orders from OEMs for 10 or more cold plates and/or for prototyping purposes.
