Lytron manufactures over 30 different types of internal fin to precisely match the cold plate’s fluid path to the thermal requirements of the application.
All steps in the manufacturing process are carried out in-house including interior and exterior machining, fin forming, fin cutting, vacuum brazing, and heat treating. Vacuum-brazed cold plates are assembled in an environmentally controlled room for maximum cleanliness and quality. Our numerically controlled brazing process and robust fixture designs ensure outstanding metal joining for unrivaled strength and reliability.
