Lytron also accepts standard product orders for 10 or more standard cold plates or heat exchangers or one or more cooling systems.

Lytron’s standard cold plates, cooling systems, and heat exchangers are distributed by MSC. They can be ordered online at www.MSCDirect.com using Lytron’s product numbers. Purchasing standard products from MSC is a good idea if your order does not meet Lytron’s 10-piece order minimum for cold plates and heat exchangers.

Processing Your Order
To establish an account, we require three trade references, a bank reference, and your Federal ID number. To avoid order processing delays, please provide credit information in advance of your first order. Lytron reserves the right to limit sales or not sell to any customer. Credit terms are subject to change at Lytron’s discretion.
Please include your current drawing number and revision level on all custom orders.
Due to export paperwork, there is a $200 handling charge for all international orders less than $1000. We also require a written end-use statement explaining where the product is being used and in what application. Please provide this statement when placing your order. For some of our products, the US Government requires an export license. This can delay shipment. We will notify you if this is the case and we will strive to minimize its impact on lead time.
- Payment in advance – company check, money order, wire transfer, or credit card (Mastercard, Visa, or American Express); credit card payment required for orders less than $750 (unless credit is established)
- Net 30 days from invoice date for approved credit accounts
- International orders may require a wire transfer payment in advance
- Minimum order - $200 ($100 for service items)
- Lytron’s standard shipping terms are FCA Woburn Incoterms 2000.
- Shipments are insured at your request. In the case of shipping damages, immediately file a claim with the carrier.
If an order or line item is canceled, contact our sales department to see if a cancellation fee applies.
To return a product, complete the RMA request form found under the service tab on our website or contact Lytron’s service department for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. A restocking fee will be assessed.
Contact our service department for any warranty claims. Please provide part number, original P.O. or serial number, and the nature of your claim. An RMA number will be issued if the unit is to be returned for evaluation. We will confirm warranty or non-warranty coverage before proceeding.
