Lytron Opens Canadian Service Depot
Lytron has partnered with Carmichael Engineering Ltd., a nationwide Canadian HVAC service company, to open a service depot based in Mississauga, Ontario. This depot center will service Lytron's system products including Kodiak® recirculating chillers, large capacity chillers and modular cooling systems throughout Canada.
This offers many benefits to Canadian customers including faster turnaround time on repairs, elimination of the cost and time of shipping product to Lytron's headquarters in the US and local expertise on Lytron products.
Carmichael employs over 300 highly trained HVAC engineers and technicians. These are fully trained in the service and repair of Lytron's chiller systems. In addition to depot repairs and servicing, Carmichael will also provide on-site service across Canada through its 14 service centers.
With the addition of Carmichael to Lytron's service and support network, customers in Canada can now expect a 24-hour response time for on-site calls and a maximum 48-hour turn around time on depot repairs. In addition, Lytron spare parts will be warehoused in Mississauga for fast distribution throughout Canada, further reducing customer downtime.
Customers should continue to contact Lytron in Woburn, MA for any Canadian service need. Lytron's service engineers will contact Carmichael and co-ordinate the service call.
Lytron also provides service and support through 24/7 phone coverage, the www.lytron.com website and a broad network of service depots.
