Lytron Launches Service Section on Web Site
August 5, 2003 , WOBURN, MA- Lytron has added a service section to its website, www.Lytron.com. This section provides information to optimize, maintain, and troubleshoot Lytron systems. It is rich in the technical knowledge that we have gained from over 10 years of selling and servicing cooling systems. Specifically it contains
- A Kodiak® chiller overview which reviews how to unpack, install, and start up the unit as well as describes the refrigeration, and electrical systems,
Technical manuals for all of Lytron's system products,
- "Tech Tips" to optimize the performance of a Lytron chiller, and
- A "How to . . ." page to help troubleshoot and/or replace system components.
This tool is now available on our website for global use, 24 hours/day, 7 days/week and nicely augments our 24 hours/day, 7 days/week service hotline which provides access to in-house service engineers.
Tom Eytel, Manager of Customer Services, said, "Lytron understands the importance of ensuring that our chillers maintain the absolute maximum up time. Last fall, we committed to establishing a World-Class Service Operation dedicated to responding to our customers' service and support needs. While the new website section is only one element of fulfilling this commitment, it is a critical one so we expect to add content monthly. In addition to the web section, in the last 6 months we have launched Service Centers in Germany, Japan, and Canada. It all supports our goal of maximizing the uptime of our customers' systems."
Lytron's cooling products include recirculating chillers, compact and portable non-refrigerated cooling systems, aluminum-oil coolers, copper tube-fin heat exchangers, stainless steel tube-fin heat exchangers, compact cold plates, and OEM coils.
